Ensure customer data is correctly mapped and imported into the ERP/accounting system. Conduct product demos and training for new users. Work with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding efficiency. Monitor customer engagement and address adoption challenges. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, support, or client relations. Experience with ERP/accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero). CRM & Support tools experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
