Job Description: We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Technology Lead with strong expertise in generative AI and solutioning to enhance our customer engagement strategies and solutions. Key Responsibilities: AI Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience across various touchpoints. Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvements using generative AI. Technical Consulting: Provide expert guidance on AI technologies, best practices, and integration strategies to internal teams and clients. Data Insights: Propose data solution/customer data platform to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, driving data-driven decision-making. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, lead product, collaborate with marketing, and sales, to design and deploy innovative customer experience solutions. Training and Mentoring: Conduct training sessions for internal teams on AI technologies and customer experience best practices. Provide ongoing technical support as needed. Drive team certification plan and KPIs. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing customer experience solutions using generative AI, conversational AI technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, customer data platform tools, and programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, Solutions Knowledge: Avaya, Twilio, Google Dialogflow. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Project Coordination: Basics of coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
