Job Description

As an experienced professional in Pre and Post sales for HVAC products, you will play a crucial role in setting up a comprehensive infrastructure to support sales activities. Engaging with key stakeholders like MEP consultants and end users will be essential to develop the market for JCI products. Your responsibilities will also include planning and conducting sales and channel technical training, collaborating with the global product development team to introduce sustainable products, and delivering effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs. Collaboration with the marketing team will be necessary to drive demand-generating activities such as trade shows and customer workshops. Building a robust Channel Training program for JC Channel offerings like Valves, Actuators, FCU, IAQ, and BMS will be a key focus area. Additionally, you will establish post-sales processes for warranty and out-of-warranty claims, provide after-sales customer service, manage maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and handle complaint management. Upselling activities and administration of master data and product evaluations will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HVAC products and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or its equivalent. Proficiency in Excel and CRM software will be beneficial in carrying out your duties effectively. Your ability to analyze trends and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient post-sales support will be critical to your success in this position.,
