Shift: US Shift (Night Shift, Rotational Offs)
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
Experience: 0.6 2 years (Freshers with good communication may apply)
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for a Voice Process (Customer Experience role) at a reputed BPO in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries

• Provide accurate information related to products, services, billing, and accounts

• Process orders, returns, and payment transactions

• Escalate unresolved issues as needed

• Maintain records of customer interactions

• Deliver excellent service with patience and empathy

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken English communication

• Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Familiarity with desktop/computer systems

• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational offs
