Job Description
You will be responsible for developing a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region to achieve the sales target set for you. Utilize field data specific to the market to identify brand and pack gaps within the territory. Create and execute local sales promotion schemes to enhance sales performance. Set clear volume targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team. Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members and offer necessary guidance and support. Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development opportunities to enhance the capabilities of your team members. Take ownership of the assigned market, including key accounts and outlets. Ensure timely updating of sales Management Information System (MIS) and provide daily updates to your reporting officer. Compile and analyze sales figures regularly to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,
