Job Description
As a Customer Delight Manager at Rishtasite, an international matrimony company connecting people worldwide, your primary responsibility is to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our clients throughout their matchmaking journey. You will play a crucial role in providing tailored matchmaking services and guiding clients towards finding their perfect match. Your key responsibilities will include guiding and onboarding new clients, presenting suitable match suggestions, offering personalized counseling to refine partner preferences, assisting in profile optimization, managing membership renewals, encouraging client engagement in coffee dates and family involvement, leading a team of customer service executives, resolving client issues promptly and professionally, utilizing technology for client management and reporting, tracking client success metrics, identifying growth opportunities, engaging members actively, conducting team training and development sessions, handling escalations with empathy, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should be fluent in English and Punjabi, possess excellent client communication skills, demonstrate strong team management abilities, be detail-oriented and proactive, exhibit problem-solving skills, have a passion for customer service excellence, excel in Excel and MIS tools, be goal-oriented and growth-focused, open to feedback, adaptable, and experienced in membership renewals and client retention strategies. In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 65,000 per month based on experience and qualifications, along with unlimited incentives.
