Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Address customer queries and concerns with a problem-solving approach to exceed expectations. Go beyond basic support to create a memorable and positive experience for customers. Regularly check in with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in customer service training sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills. Assist in organizing and hosting customer events and activities. Contribute to the development of customer relations materials and resources.
