Youll handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high-quality support experience. Requirements: Education: Graduation (any stream) Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice/Chat preferred) Communication: Excellent spoken and written English Compensation: In-hand Salary: 19,000 25,000/month Performance Bonus: Up to 2,000/month Travel Allowance: 1,400/month Cab Facility: Available for night shifts Interview Process: HR Screening (Voice, Grammar, Accent) Functional Round (Mock Call/Chat) AMCAT (Min.
