As a bridge between our Facility Managers, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and Clients, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, understanding client needs, and executing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Your proactive approach, with your ability to analyze feedback and recommend improvements, will contribute significantly to our continuous growth and success in providing top-notch services to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients across all our centers. - Regularly communicate with clients and gather feedback regarding our services, facilities, and overall experience. - Conduct surveys and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction. Coordination and Client Engagement: - Work closely with the Centre and Facility team to execute client-specific requests and ideas effectively. - Ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients. - Collaborate with the center team to organize client networking events, workshops, and seminars to build rapport and strengthen relationships. Record Keeping and Documentation: - Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences. - Prepare reports and presentations summarizing client feedback and suggestions for management review. Industry Awareness and Recommendations: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments related to co-working spaces. - Proactively identify areas for improvement and bring innovative ideas to enhance client experience and satisfaction. - Share insights and recommendations with the management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience of 2-4 in customer service, client relationship management, or similar roles. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel and work across various centers within the city as per business requirements.
