Job Description
The Customer Care Professional position based in Kharadi, Pune requires handling incoming calls, resolving client queries, and providing accurate information. Your responsibilities will include following up with clients to confirm appointments, maintaining updated records in CRM, and coordinating with the in-clinic team for timely service delivery. It is crucial to address client concerns promptly, escalate issues when needed, and assist in calling campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys. The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate or final-year student from any stream with excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in Marathi is a plus. A polite, patient, and service-oriented communication style is essential. Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Google Sheets and MS Excel, is required. You should be able to handle multiple client conversations with calmness under pressure. Please note that the role requires full-time availability at the clinic as remote work is not an option. As a Customer Care Professional, you will receive training in customer communication and healthcare service processes. Based on your performance, you will be eligible for a certificate of internship or a full-time role.
