The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of trained product experts to deliver a delightful and frictionless experience to our customers. As a leader, you will provide guidance and coaching to ensure that all team members meet their individual performance goals and support their career growth. You will also be responsible for establishing performance benchmarks and holding the team accountable to those goals. In addition, you will be expected to handle customer conflicts and manage escalation procedures effectively.
