As a Customer Care Executive (CCE) working remotely, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In case of unresolved issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved to their satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, both verbally and in writing. While previous experience in customer service or call center operations is advantageous, we welcome freshers who demonstrate basic computer proficiency, a positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The salary range for this position varies based on the type of employment - for non-premium roles, it ranges from INR 13,000 to INR 15,000 CTC per month, while for premium roles, it ranges from INR 14,000 to INR 18,000 CTC per month. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Ideally, you should have a Diploma (Preferred) as your educational background and should be fluent in both Hindi and English, as these are the preferred languages for this role. The work location for this position is remote.
