Job Description: Customer Care Executive ( telugu & tamil ) Position: Customer Care Executive Location: Indore Salary Range: 25,000 to 35,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Industry: International Sales (Voice Process & Non-Voice Process) Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. Maintain customer records and update databases. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
