Job Description
Role Responsibilities Telugu (10 Openings)/ Tamil (5 Openings)/ Malayalam (5 Openings) Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing issues and providing solutions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers. Document and track customer interactions and feedback in the system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction after service interactions. Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols and procedures. Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements. Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policy. Manage customer accounts and assist with account-related inquiries. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and strategies. Stay updated on product changes, features, and promotions to better serve customers. Provide feedback to management about customer needs and service improvements. Work towards meeting individual and team performance targets. Maintain an organized workstation and access to relevant tools. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and within a team. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work various shifts as required. Positive attitude with a passion for helping others. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism. Experience in data entry and administrative tasks. Knowledge of customer service best practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
