ACTIZA PHARMACEUTICAL PVT LTD. is currently hiring a dedicated Night Shift Customer Support Executive with exceptional Foreign Accent Skills to deliver superior customer service, address inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a keen focus on resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently during night shift hours
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed product/service information and offer suitable recommendations to customers


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in various accent language skills such as British, American, Australian, etc., is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced night shift environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools


Shift Details:

Night shift hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
