Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and any South Indian regional language. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across different channels like calls, emails, and chat support.

  • Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Work in coordination with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Key Requirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus.
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
