The company is looking for a Customer Care representative to join their team in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 0-1 year of experience in Customer Care, although freshers are also welcome to apply. The salary range for this position is between 20k - 25k Per Month. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for this role. As a Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to communicate effectively in Hindi and English. The job type is Full-time and the work schedule is during the day shift.
