Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their requests.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers better.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
