Role : Senior Curriculum Manager - Mathematics Key Responsibilities: Creating error free curriculum and content(for their subject) which will be consumed by teachers and students. Creating, editing and proofreading content to ensure grade appropriateness Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning in LEAD partner schools. Coordinating with the Publisher and supervising the editors working on books for middle school Visiting LEAD schools from time-to-time and engaging with field teams to understand on-ground requirements for delivering excellent education. Coaching and managing a team of Subject Matter Experts & Curriculum Development Managers, along with supporting them in their professional development. Reviewing and providing feedback on content created by Senior Curriculum Architects and Curriculum Development Managers, to ensure thatit is highquality and error-free. Setting clear goals for the team and ensuring achievement as per LEAD quality standards. Creating clear curriculum development processes and guidelines for consistent and efficient delivery of product. Managing the project closely and ensuring their whole team delivers the product on time with quality Ideal Experience Profile: Should have an educational background in Mathematics or related field Must have some experience in publishing Experience in project management 5-6 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content. 2-3 years of experience in coaching and managing a team Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram,
