Job Title: Western Music Vocals Curriculum Developer Job type: Full-time Profile Summary: We are looking for a passionate Western Music Vocals Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and enhance an engaging curriculum focused on vocal training, music theory, and performance techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vocal pedagogy, music education, and curriculum development, ensuring a structured yet dynamic learning experience for students across various skill levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive Western music vocals curriculum for beginners to advanced learners. Design lesson plans that cover vocal techniques, breath control, pitch training, stage presence, and musical expression. Conduct teacher training sessions to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum. Collaborate with instructors and music professionals to maintain high-quality training standards. Research and incorporate modern vocal training methodologies and digital tools into the curriculum. Evaluate student progress and refine the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes. Who Can Apply Formal education in music education, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Western vocals training, music instruction, music theory and curriculum development. Strong knowledge of vocal pedagogy, music theory, and performance techniques. Experience in conducting vocal workshops, choir direction, or one-on-one coaching. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor educators. Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions and curriculum rollout.
