Position: Chief technology officer (CTO) for a Health-Tech ecosystem builder YORE Care Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA Company Description: YORE Care is an health-tech ecosystem. India's first & only UHI (Unified Health Interface) App Making health care easy, simple to do and accessible for all. Yore Care provides a platform that informs, raises awareness and enables customers in fulfilling their health needs by allowing them to make more informed choices YORE Care is health ecosystem that aims to provide personalized solutions keeping pro-active approach in mind. In essence our aim is to provide care. Care to a world where people have to search for it but YORE Care brings care to them. Key responsibilities of a CTO co-founder: Technical Vision and Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the company, ensuring scalability and future-proofing. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation within the product. Align technology strategy with overall business objectives and goals. Engineering Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team Set clear development standards, coding practices, and quality control measures Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the engineering team Product Development: Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software products Monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and implement robust technology infrastructure to support the product Make critical decisions regarding technology stack, cloud services, and data architecture Ensure system reliability, security, and performance Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, including hardware, software, and personnel costs Evaluate and prioritize technical investments Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and executives Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives Skills and Qualifications for a CTO co-founder: Strong technical background in software development with expertise in relevant programming languages and technologies Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams Deep understanding of cloud computing, distributed systems, and data architecture Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Business acumen and ability to align technology strategy with business goals What we offer: With us, you'll get: A chance to shape the technological direction of a rapidly growing health-tech space in India A competitive compensation and benefits package, including equity options Opportunities for professional growth and development A collaborative, transparent, and empowering company culture Important Note :- This is purely equity with Investment based role*,
