Provide exceptional customer support by resolving queries and offering solutions effectively. 2. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining customer satisfaction. 3. Offer guidance and support related to automobile products and services. 4. Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and accurately. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. --- ### **Eligibility Criteria** - **Education**: Minimum graduation required. - **Experience**: - **Freshers** are welcome. - **Experienced candidates** must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or customer support role. - **Skills Required**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of cars and automobile products (mandatory). - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - **Gender**: Both male and female candidates are eligible. --- ### **Preferred Skills** - Prior experience in handling automobile-related queries will be an added advantage. - Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is desirable.
