Job Description
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets as per ABP and managing debtors effectively. This will involve handling existing channels and conducting groundwork for expanding channels for Cold Room Sales. You must monitor stocks regularly at company warehouses and provide sales product training to channel partners. Regular visits to channels are required to ensure a high level of engagement and alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will need to monitor competition, share relevant information with the reporting manager, and collaborate to determine suitable actions. Your key responsibilities will include managing channel sales and dealer networks, possessing knowledge of Cold Room operations, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills, understanding the commercial aspect of the business, as well as exhibiting strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,
