The CSD Manager at Himgiri Automobiles is responsible for overseeing the operations of the CSD, ensuring efficient management of canteen services, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the CSD, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Staff Management: Supervise and train canteen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Budget Management: Develop and manage the canteen budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures. Customer Service: Address customer feedback and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Reporting: Provide regular reports on canteen performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing canteen or food service operations, preferably within the automobile industry. Strong organizational and communication skills.
