Job Description
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to dealer/channel partner appointments, terminations, and database updates. Handling inquiries from customers/dealers and directing them appropriately to Branch Managers and Frontline Sales Executives for resolution will be a key part of your role. You will also conduct periodic assessments of customer and dealer satisfaction levels. Supporting sales and marketing teams by executing relevant administrative and coordination tasks is essential. You will be required to generate and maintain Channel Productivity Reports on a Quarterly/Annual basis. Grievance Handling is another crucial aspect of the job, which involves conducting dealer visits to understand and resolve concerns. Assisting in identifying and executing dealer network expansion initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing various MIS reports related to channel operations and ensuring strict adherence to internal policies by stakeholders and dealers. Coordinating Dealership Confirmations and managing Dealership Certification processes will also be included in your duties.,
