What will you do:

• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers and show empathy at all times
• Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
• Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
• Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats

Requirements

• Native level of Croatian
• Advanced level of English
• Great communication skills
• Teamwork player
• Tech savviness
• Relocation to Athens
• EU Passport
