You will be responsible for overseeing the entire range of activities from post-sales to handover, ensuring that all commitments regarding timely documentation and collection are met. In addition, you will be required to address customer inquiries and fulfill their needs by collaborating with various departments. It will also be part of your role to enhance and execute CRM processes to enhance customer service quality. Effective coordination with departments such as Finance, Legal, Sales, and Projects will be essential. Managing bank coordination for customer loan facilitation and ensuring prompt collections will also be under your purview. You will need to develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction by offering appropriate recommendations and generating leads from existing customers. Moreover, a solid understanding of GST and RERA regulations in the Real Estate Industry will be necessary for this position.,
