Job Description

As a CRM Technical Consultant at Hinduja Tech in Chennai, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in CRM systems to deliver top-tier solutions for clients. With a focus on implementing, customizing, and supporting CRM solutions, you will ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that effectively meet client requirements. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience and possess core ABAP skills, including all RICEF subjects. Hands-on experience in Web-Dynpro is essential, and desirable experience in ALE-Idocs, Workflow, CDS views, AMDP, and Odata services will be beneficial. Experience in migration projects from ECC to S/4 HANA is highly preferred. Your responsibilities will include customizing CRM systems through programming, integrating with other enterprise applications, and conducting thorough testing to ensure functionality and user acceptance. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM issues, actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs, and suggest enhancements. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date documentation of CRM configurations and enhancements, as well as continuously improving CRM systems by incorporating new technologies and methodologies, will be part of your role.,
