We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team and ensure top-notch customer service. As a CRM, your responsibilities will include promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to guarantee customer satisfaction. Your Role: - Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with our existing clients. - Provide timely and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries. - Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and offer feedback to relevant teams. - Analyze customer data to discover patterns and insights, utilizing this information to improve customer relationship management strategies. - Collaborate with departments like marketing, sales, logistics, and product development to optimize the customer journey. Your Tasks: - Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints through multiple channels like email, phone, and social media. - Regularly monitor customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement in products and services. - Keep abreast of industry trends and CRM best practices to ensure optimized processes and procedures. Your Profile: - Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management. - Possess over 2 years of experience in Real Estate. - Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and implementing customer relations strategies. - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills paired with effective time management abilities. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred. - Female candidates are preferred.
