Job Description

Roles/Responsibility:
Partner with Business Analysts to define user requirements and map them to CRM application
functionality.
Perform platform development tasks related to CRM actions, plugins, and processes.
Perform code reviews
Participate in bug triage and resolution, suggesting corrections and helping to maintain a stable
production environment
Team handling, client communication, Project handling
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency):
· Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development,
Plug-in, custom workflows, Java scripts, web resources, integrations development
· Sound knowledge in core .NET technology, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS
· Proficient in CRM Functional areas in Sales and Service management functionality
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics
CRM/365
· Experience in Solutions and Deployments to various environments
· Agile methodologies
· PowerApps, Power Automate knowledge
· Azure DevOps Experience
· Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
