Job Title: CRM Coordinator Department: Sales Location: Kakkanad Job Summary: The CRM Coordinator will support the sales team by managing distributor and executive data, resolving CRM-related issues, training users, and ensuring smooth operation of sales processes via the CRM system. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage distributor and executive profiles in CRM Sales Coordination Assist MIS Coordinator wherever required in preparing reports Handling daily queries from distributors/sales team and resolving queries on priority Resolve stock variations in the CK since as it impact billing. Resolving software issues including network issues/software lags etc The shop location in CK and actual location may vary. Since location is geo tagged, need to correct location of the shop as and when requested by sales team Coordinate stock returns/transfer. Inform CK team and get it done through CK company Channel Konnect training for sales team, Distributors & EBOs Coordinate Annual Stock correction in Channel Konnect Track travel plan of sales team and map tour plan in CK against travel claim settlement.
