Job Description

As a CRM Campaign Manager with over 3 years of experience, you will be based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and play a crucial role in managing CRM campaigns for various clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in at least one CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. - Aligning platform capabilities with client business objectives effectively. - Possessing a deep understanding of marketing workflows, campaign configuration, integrations (APIs, webhooks), and lead tracking. - Having prior experience in the BFSI and Retail sectors would be advantageous. In this role, you will be expected to: - Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal delivery teams for CRM projects. - Lead the end-to-end execution of CRM initiatives, starting from planning through to launch and reporting. - Capture client requirements, develop solution strategies, and oversee CRM workflows. - Address data and reporting requirements while focusing on continuous optimization. - Manage up to 35 accounts simultaneously, based on their complexity.
