We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at AP Corporation in Nashik. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include tracking and coordinating ongoing client work, maintaining strong communication with clients, identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining documentation and CRM data hygiene. The ideal candidate for this role is a confident communicator with a client-first mindset, a strong organizer with great attention to detail, familiar with Google Workspace tools, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
