Role Description CRM Strategy and Management: Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. Oversee the design and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring they align with the organizations goals. Ensure CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting. Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRM strategies with marketing campaigns. Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and usage. Design Consultation: Work with the design team to create user-centric and aesthetically appealing CRM interfaces, dashboards, and reports. Ensure that CRM and other digital platforms provide an excellent user experience Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for CRM system enhancements. Conduct regular usability testing and implement feedback for continuous improvement of design processes. Provide recommendations on improving design processes for seamless customer interaction with CRM tools.
