Job Description
Oversee the complete Customer Relationship Management process, ensuring smooth and timely communication with customers. Handle all customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty. Maintain accurate and updated customer records and follow-up schedules. Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Analyze CRM data and prepare performance reports for management. Requirements: Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the automobile industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software/tools and MS Office. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy. Minimum qualification: Graduation (MBA preferred). Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Khargone will be preferred.,
