As a Critical Homecare Nurse based in New Delhi, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, performing wound care, monitoring patient health conditions, and collaborating with the patient's primary physician to develop and implement personalized care plans. This full-time hybrid role offers some work-from-home flexibility and will involve tasks related to post-hospital discharge care, chronic illness care, and preventive family care. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong skills in Nursing and Patient Care, along with experience in Home Care and Medicine. Proficiency in Wound Care, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work independently and effectively in a homecare setting is crucial. A Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, and experience in critical care or home healthcare is considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, GNM, or ANM is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
