Role Description Resident Medical Officer (Critical Care / ICU) This is a full-time, on-site position located. The RMO ICU will be responsible for assisting in the management of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit under the guidance of intensivists and consultants. The role demands prompt clinical decision-making, patient monitoring, and effective coordination with the ICU team to ensure optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities Continuous monitoring and management of ICU patients. Immediate response to patient emergencies and deterioration. Execution of treatment plans under consultant supervision. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Assisting in procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, etc. Coordinating with nurses, paramedics, and other support staff. Supporting infection control and patient safety protocols. Participating in clinical rounds and ICU training programs. Qualifications MBBS from a recognized medical college. Training or prior experience in ICU/Critical Care preferred. Basic life support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable.,
