As a Crewing Superintendent at our leading Ship Management company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing the crewing operations, specifically focusing on Masters with a Bulk Carrier background. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth coordination of crew assignments, monitoring crew performance, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Managing crew deployment and scheduling for Bulk Carriers - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Masters and crew members - Ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies - Collaborating with various internal departments to optimize crewing operations - Handling crew-related documentation and records accurately The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master Mariner certification with prior experience in Bulk Carrier operations.
