JOB DESCRIPTION Credit Counsellor (Multilingual Language) A Credit Counsellor is the one who understands the customers problem and makes the customer understand about his Credit Report and outstanding liability. businesses on behalf of creditors. Job Responsibilities Counselling the customers to help them take informed decision regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating and financial wellbeing Outbound calling to customers including follow up and reminder calls Provide great customer experience during each interaction Record details of enquiries, comment and action taken Requirement Graduate with Min. 1 year of experience in Tele-Collections (Domestic / International Voice Process). Understanding of CIBIL, Credit Score, NPA, Delinquencies Effective communication skills- Tamil and Telugu only. Willingness to work in target based role Positive attitude towards service delivery Skills: telecalling,multilingual,communication,tamil,
