Previous solid experience as a Full Function Accounts Receivable/Credit Control is a MUST. Must be computer literate and have experience and understanding of Excel. Highly motivated, desire to achieve goals. Ability to maintain a positive attitude even in the toughest of situations. Proactive self-starter with a track record of excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. will have a positive and upbeat attitude as well as an ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Recent experience dealing with both individual and commercial customers will be positively regarded. Will have the very best communication skills and be able to work within a large team environment. Knowledge of the Web Hosting industry is an advantage, but not essential. Key Responsibilities : High volume collections. Adhering to KPIs surrounding outstanding debts . Responding to customer queries . Assisting other team members. Outbound collection calls of outstanding. Debtor management and control. Assist with ad hoc duties.,
