Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor creative strategists Review creative work and ensure quality deliverables Coordinate directly with clients and stakeholders Develop internal systems to track outcomes Actively contribute to strategy and content when needed Ensure accountability for team deliverables Requirements 3-4 years experience in advertising, preferably agency setting Proven creative leadership in broadcast media Strong client management skills Excellent communication abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Capable of both strategic oversight and hands-on execution INR 6-10 LPA If you think you deserve more than this bracket then prove us wrong by sending in your works.
