Creative Strategist

We're seeking a creative content strategist to develop high-performing ads tailored for platforms like Meta and Google. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling, scriptwriting, and video production, particularly in formats like reels, to drive engagement and lead generation.

Should also have an understanding in all or one of these Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce engaging ad content aligned with Sugarfit's brand voice.
• Develop scripts and storyboards for short-form videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals.
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on data insights.
• Help supervise the editing of these videos + give direction to our team of video editors for optimal quality outputs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
• Understanding of video editing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.

Evaluation Criteria:

• Portfolio showcasing previous ad campaigns or viral content.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into relatable content.
• Familiarity with health and wellness topics is a plus.
