You are being hired as a Creative Strategist for a buzzing creative agency based in the Tricity area. As part of the team, you are expected to be a sharp thinker, bold writer, and a team player who can effectively translate briefs into innovative ideas. Your responsibilities on a day-to-day basis will include cracking campaign ideas and writing compelling copy, developing scripts, reels, videos, carousels, and GIF ideas, creating brand strategies that resonate, participating in shoots and excelling at moodboarding, collaborating closely with design and brand teams, engaging in research, brainstorming new concepts, pitching ideas, and repeating the process for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess strong creative thinking abilities coupled with exceptional writing skills. You must have a genuine passion for branding and storytelling, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, and have the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication is required for this position, and previous experience in an agency setting would be considered a bonus.
