Creative Director (Copy)-Agencies-FMCG/Gaming/Entertainment Responsibilities: - Lead all conversations and initiatives on communication, content, planning, execution, asset delivery on the Cards category at MPL. - Act as the go-to integrated brand marketing communication specialist and project manager for various MPL marketing efforts. - Primary responsibilities include growing brand charters for platform and card verticals - Develop and articulate comms through brand strategy and insights from primary and secondary sources including product, growth and revenue constructs - Plan and execute go-to-market for brand campaigns while working within constraints of time and budget. - Partner with agencies and vendors for marketing requirements with cost optimisation and scale metrics as KPIs. - Manage creative requirements end-to-end across pods for different touch points including performance, in-app, website, ATL and BTL activities for verticals. - Collaborate with cross-functions including brand marketing, growth, internal creative team, product strategy, product design, PR, social, CLM, internal creative team, legal and finance functions. - Prior Team Management and digital experience is a plus. - End to end handling of TVC, print shoots. - Conduct research on campaigns, users, category to get learnings and implement those in future campaigns - Undertake robust competition analysis Skill set: - 10-15 years of experience in Brand marketing, Brand Communications along with experience in digital, mobile app products - Creative agency experience - Digital / performance knowhow - ATL/ print/ tvc shoot and execution - Ideally should have handled a start-up before,
