Job Description: As a Creative Designer at Edwin Academy in Calicut, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our vision of providing accessible, engaging, and future-focused education. Your primary responsibility will involve utilizing your strong visual storytelling skills to create compelling posters and videos using a mobile phone or camera. It is essential for you to have a keen eye for design, stay abreast of social media trends, and consistently produce engaging content. Your key responsibilities will include designing attractive posters for digital and print platforms, shooting and editing short videos for marketing and social media, collaborating with the marketing team on creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across visual materials, and staying updated with design trends and tools. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, multimedia, fine arts, or a related creative field. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience in mobile-based content creation for both photos and videos are required. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or CapCut would be an added advantage. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you should demonstrate skills in creative thinking, innovation, mobile content creation, branding, time management, and possess basic animation skills. An awareness of social media trends is crucial to stay relevant in the fast-paced digital landscape. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package ranging from 20000 to 25000 per month, with negotiable terms based on performance. The work location will be at our branch in Calicut, Kerala.
