Job Description
As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting clear and compelling copy for advertisements, publications, and websites to effectively communicate with the target audience. You will play a key role in engaging and informing the audience through your words. The ideal candidate for this position is a creative and team-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail. You should be able to quickly understand project requirements and provide valuable insights to contribute to the team's success. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in English medium. Schooling throughout English medium is preferred. Skills: - Excellent command of the English language and strong creative writing skills. - More than 4 years of experience as a copywriter in a full-time ad agency, preferably a full-service agency (SEO writing experience is not necessary). - Strong ideation skills and ability to work effectively within a well-defined team structure. - Proficiency in writing in Gujarati or Hindi, in addition to English. - Ability to take ownership of individual projects and collaborate with design and account management team members, as well as other leaders. - Experience working on print, web, and branding projects. Responsibilities: - Generating fresh concepts and ideas, presenting them to the team, and collaborating with designers, account managers, and other leaders to develop them further. - Participating in client meetings for new projects, asking relevant questions to gather data for successful project execution. - Creating content maps, sitemaps, content inventory, and wireframes, and writing content primarily for websites, brochures, landing pages, and other marketing materials. - Researching and understanding clients" requirements, studying consumer psychology, and conducting market research to develop long-term and short-term campaigns based on brand needs. - Continuously proposing new and innovative creative marketing ideas for various clients. - Attending client meetings and recces with the team. - Engaging in the organization's upskilling initiatives such as training programs, conclaves, online courses, etc., to enhance work quality and overall approach. - Supporting other teams, including the HR department, for internal activities, events, and brand CCs initiatives, and guiding junior copywriters as needed.,
