Job Description
As a sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and effectively managing debtors. Your role will involve managing the existing Retail channel, developing the Business of Refrigeration Products Division (RPD Range), and establishing new retail channels. You will also be required to oversee inventory management within the channel, including forecasting for summer sales. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will be tasked with providing product training to channel sales staff, promoters, ISDs, and other relevant personnel. Regular visits to retail outlets will be necessary to maintain a high level of engagement and alignment with the organization's objectives. It will also be essential to monitor competitors, share insights with the reporting manager, and collaborate on suitable actions. Furthermore, you will need to organize or participate in channel engagement activities to drive the secondary phase of sales. Your key responsibilities will include handling the Retail Channel, possessing knowledge of Refrigeration Products, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills, understanding commercial aspects, and exhibiting strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Moreover, familiarity with Commercial Refrigeration equipment such as Deep Freezers, Chest Freezers, Water Coolers, and Dispensers will be advantageous in this role.
