You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into CPQ configurations and workflows. Your role will involve designing and implementing product configuration rules, pricing structures, discount models, and approval processes. You will also configure CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Oracle CPQ, etc.) to support complex product offerings. Collaboration with technical teams to integrate CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other business systems will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct system testing, provide UAT support, and deliver end-user training. Post-deployment support and enhancements will also form part of your duties. Documenting configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference will be crucial for this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3-7 years of experience in CPQ implementation or support roles. A strong knowledge of CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Apttus is essential. Your experience should include working with product configuration logic, pricing models, and quote automation. An understanding of B2B sales processes in industries such as manufacturing, telecom, SaaS, or automotive will be beneficial. Your ability to gather business requirements and convert them into functional solutions will be a key skill. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce would be advantageous. CPQ certifications (Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Apttus Certified, etc.) are preferred for this role.,
