Preeti Aviation Classes) is looking for a highly skilled and passionate CPL Ground Classes Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong theoretical knowledge, a structured teaching approach, and the ability to train aspiring pilots with industry-relevant insights. Key Responsibilities: Conduct CPL ground training classes covering subjects like Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Air Regulations, Technical General, and Radio Telephony. Prepare and deliver engaging, structured, and easy-to-understand lectures. Guide students through complex aviation concepts, exam preparation, and practical applications. Design and update study materials, mock tests, and assessment papers. Provide personalized mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions for students. Stay updated with DGCA regulations, syllabus changes, and aviation industry trends. Maintain student performance records and suggest improvement strategies. Collaborate with CPAC faculty and management to enhance the training curriculum. Required Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a CPL (Commercial Pilot License) or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License). Prior experience in aviation training or working with a flight school is preferred. In-depth knowledge of DGCA syllabus, aviation subjects, and pilot training protocols. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify technical subjects for better student understanding. Passion for aviation and a student-focused teaching approach. Proficiency in using online teaching tools, flight training software, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a Ground School Instructor at an aviation institute.
