JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Manager Costing Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Tiruppur , Tamilnadu Reporting To : Head Finance CTC Salary - 6 -7 lac p.a Roles & Responsibilities Prepare product cost sheet. Cost Analysis and Variance Analysis Identify the areas where costs can be curtailed & controlled. Improve the overall budgeting and cost related aspects of various function in the organization. Prepare Various MIS reports. Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Finance Work Experience: 5- 7 yrs in Costing Must have experience in cost accounting, Budgeting, Monitoring, Control SAP FICO experience mandatory. Functional Skills: Knowledge on Cost accounting, Budgeting, Monitoring, MIS reports, Set Standards for Costing, Improve Performance and efficiency. Analyze financial records/MIS to improve efficiency of the regions. Behavioral Competencies: Must be a good communicator, getting his/her team to present information in a timely manner. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Must hold high ethical standards for team members to follow. Must demonstrate Critical Thinking, using logic and people driven methods to ensure maximum utilization. Communication with business heads.
